He dose this to you because he’s narcissistic. He gets your attention because it makes him feel good. You will never have the commitment from him you want because of his ego, you will never be enough for him. He will always run to someone else when he’s not receiving the attention he thinks he deserves from you. You can continue to feed his ego and let him think you are ok with this behavior and be there every time he needs a boost. Or you can realize your worth and leave before his behavior completely breaks you.
