We are looking for one Carpenter skilled in framing, interior trim, composite deck building, handrail banister baluster installation etc Composite deck builder requires advanced skill and is not the same as a wood deck by any stretch of the imagination Also looking for a carpenter's helper, which is not the same as a laborer or even a skilled labor but rather someone who is able to grasp with understanding carpentry without all of the experience to be left alone to complete a job or task A carpenter who is able to work on their own and is a self-starter with ability to complete a carpentry task is a carpenter The ability to calculate stairs, rafters, read blueprints, layout, are all abilities that would qualify a carpenter for a higher pay rate Being a carpenter assumes skills to complete any task required If you are qualified in either of these areas, don't steal tools, are honest about time worked, show up on time and work until work is completed for the day, have a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation, we are looking for you.
