If so, we are looking to find Account Representatives that are as excited as we are about the Roofing, Restoration and Solar industry. XYZ is a growing local company here to serve the greater Raleigh area. We are recession proof and in the middle of a major expansion and are looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our team. The main function of our representative role is to be the first point of contact with our clients and will be responsible for scheduling roofing inspections and educating people on going solar. Most of our roofing projects are funded by insurance companies so once trained it’s the easiest “sale” you’ll ever make. We will be here to support you, lead you, and help you accomplish your goals. Product and training will be provided. We offer commission pay plus draw for the right individuals! Our goal is to compensate you at least $50-100K in the first year. It doesn’t take much to hit a 6-figure annual income. Duties: • Ability to politely and effectively communicate with clients • A professional appearance is a must. • Familiarity with CRM systems or the ability to learn • Highly motivated and target driven • Excellent selling, communication and objection skills • Organized and able to manage your own schedule • Ability to get on roofs is a PLUS • Identify prospective customers and lead generation for storm damaged properties and/or solar. Requirements: • Clean cut and professional image • Must have a valid Driver’s License and vehicle • 1-year experience in Sales or customer service preferred.
