An Alchemical dance journey experience to help you express, unlock your creativity and connect to your soul in a safe sacred space Hi Beautiful Souls, Come join us every 3rd Friday for a vibrant Outdoor ECSTATIC Dance @ The Gainesville Shambhala. This event will be hosted by intuitive heart coach, Leonis Arias & DJ Tailypo, AKA (Riley Leachman 💃🏼🕺🏻 **SCHEDULE** 6:00 PM ~Early Arrival 6:20 PM ~ Contact Improv Jam 6:40 PM ~Yoga 7:00 PM ~Opening Circle 9:30PM ~Cacao Karaoke *Karaoke is free for those who attended the dance. OR $10 FOR those who who arrive after. Please don't arrive before 9:30 if only coming for Karaoke Purchase ticket in Advance through eventbrite and receive a complimentary cup of Holy Wow Cacao! At this dance we’ll weave a profound regenerative experience for your mind, body and soul. We combine embodiment practices such as breathwork, visualization, body awareness techniques to facilitate a space of restoration and creativity as you move on the dance floor. Get out of your daily routine! Let's tap into the flow of our bodies and connect with others in a safe heart centered community environment. After the dance you are welcome to stay for Cacao Karaoke! LETS Sing, Socialize and share healthy snacks in a potluck! We are located in the back yard of the Shambhala Meditation Center and the event can be accessed through a private gate. There is parking at the center. Please plan for the weather, we suggest that you bring comfy clothes, bug spray and a water bottle!
