St. Margaret’s Episcopal School seeks to hire a Custodian to serve as an important member of the support team in maintaining the campus and building of our school.
Reporting to the Second Shift Supervisor, this position’s responsibilities include the following:
-Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors using industrial vacuum cleaner and scrubbing and buffing machine.
-Clean ceilings and dust and polish light fixtures.
-Dust inside buildings, outside buildings, and walls.
-Maintain cleanliness of walkways by sweeping, blowing, and scrubbing.
-Assist with setting up and taking down tables, chairs, umbrellas and linens in support of events and social functions.
-Full-time from 1:00pm – 9:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm
Qualifications of this position include the following:
-Ability to speak and understand English
-Ability to work indoors and outdoors
-Ability to climb, stoop, kneel or crouch
