POSITION SUMMARY: Performs basic custodial/janitorial maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment community, keeping the property in a clean and orderly condition. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents. TO APPLY CALL 714-821-7071 Responsibilities: • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and light scrubbing • Gather and empty trash. • Service, clean, and supply restrooms. • Cleaning using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. • Dust furniture and walls • Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors as needed • Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. • Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
