The West Tampa mobile home park is looking to hire a part-time maintenance person. Looking for someone that can work independently and well with others. Duties include but not limited to mowing, weed eating, blowing, picking up trash, general grounds duties, cleaning trailers, and whatever a mobile home park needs. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to be paid on a payroll. The more experience the better. The job is in West Tampa. Background check required. Call between 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.
