looking to hire handy person or laborer for 6 bed 6 bath older redlands estate. house is older so a lot of little things need to be done around there such as yard clean up, demo, painting, replacing things, general work, and other miscellaneous jobs around the estate. this is a self managed position with little to no super vision. you must be able to be a self starter, and very reliable and honest. this position offers 20-40 hours a week and pays $20-25 an hour cash weekly. you must have your own reliable transportation, tools or access to tools, and preferably local to the area (20-30 min within area) need to have experience or knowledge on similar tasks
