If you're looking for a career in alternative/epoxy floors, then we invite you to join our team! RSNY is currently looking for honest and reliable individuals with strong work ethics. The best thing about working with us is every day is different, never on one job site for more than a couple days! However, the days are long and hot and...sticky. Individuals applying should be able to lift more than 60 lbs repeatedly in a short span of time, able to learn and retain knowledge about products and mixing ratios, maintaining a clean and SAFE working environment, able to run grinders, shot blasters, and pressure washers. The only thing we do better than Epoxy floors is customer service, any candidate looking to build a strong working professional relationship with us will need to hold this value in the highest regard! Pay schedule per hr is as follows: Start pay is $16 per hr, after two-week evaluation: Valid Driver's License w/ transportation = $17 Valid Driver's License, transportation, ability and motivation to know all aspects of installation = up to $20+ per hr We also offer premium out of town pay!
