We are searching for a companion for our Havanese dog, who is adult and weighs about 20 pounds. We have a small fenced courtyard with no other pets, but the dog must be okay around cats as we are in a duplex and the neighbor has one cat. Must be very gentle with other dogs, preferably up-to-date on shots, and must be spayed or neutered. Strong preference for dogs ~6-8 years old, and ideally a similar size to ours. Must be willing to meet in person, and if things go well, have the dogs meet later. A small re-homing fee is okay.
