Full Job Description Job Summary: The Linehaul dispatch supervisor will assist in everyday functions and will be responsible for effective driver utilization to maximize company service through dispatching and coordination of Linehaul drivers. General Duties And Responsibilities: Supervising, planning and assigning workload Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA/HAZMAT standards Recommend efficient transportation actions and procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus At least of 2 year of dispatch experience required Demonstrated leadership abilities Must possess excellent verbal, written and communication skills Strong knowledge of U.S. geography Prior experience in regional LTL Transportation business.
