Painting in the Park Vendors 2021 Hello Vendors, We’re excited to let you know that Painting in the Park Family Fun Day we will be at Lincoln Park on Saturday, July 17th from 12pm to 6pm. Due to COVID 19, we are taking necessary measures to ensure safety and social distancing. Only a few vendor spaces are available. Once your payment has been received and processed, you will recieve an email for confirmation. Please note that there is no refund unless the event is canceled due to a severe thunderstorm. Before you register, read the FAQ information below: FAQ What is Painting in the Park? Painting in the Park Family Fun Day is a day where technology is set aside and family fun commences. It’s where friends connect and family bonding occurs creating fun memorable experiences through various art forms. With several creative activities, food vendors and live demonstrations, family and friends are sure to have a great time. I am interested in being a vendor. How can I sign up? Signing up to be a vendor with us is an easy process. Just click on which location you prefer and your space will will be reserved. What type of vendors are you looking for? We love unique and creative merchants. Although there may be similar merchandise sold at this event, there will not be 2 idential companies selling the same products such as Mary Kay, Avon, Paparazzi, etc. We want to make sure you receive the optimal vending experience with us while gaining exposure and sales. PLEASE CONTACT US AT 216-202-0784 TO VERIFY IF A DIRECT MARKET BUSINESS VENDOR SPACE HAS BEEN TAKEN. Is electricity provided? There is no electricity provided for this event. How big is the space? Vendors will receive a 10’ x 10’ space. However, each vendor must provide their own tent, table(s), chairs and other equipment for their display. When you arrive the day of the event, please check in at the gazebo for your specific location. One of our team members will help you. Make sure to follow us on FB at Painting in the Park Family Fun Day and help us spread the word about this exciting event. Is this a rain or shine event? Yes, it is. This event will not be canceled due to light rain or temperature. Should it be necessary to cancel the event due to a severe thunderstorm or lightening, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone. If this event must be canceled, your vendor fee can be refunded or applied to the next event. There will be no vendor fee refunds, even if you are unable to participate (no matter what the case may be). Can I share a vendor space with my friend? Booth vendor sharing is not permitted unless prior approval has been received. And each vendor must pay full booth fee. For more information, please contact us at (216) 202-0784. How big is the vendor space? Each vendor will be allotted one 10’ x 10’ space unless we need to slightly adjust space due to adequate accommodation for everyone. What time is setup? Vendors can begin setting up as early as 9:00am but must be completely set-up by the start of the event at 11:55am. When you arrive come to the gazebo to meet one of our team members to find out your assigned location. Want a vendor space next to someone you know, lets us know so we can make proper arrangements. What is the difference between Premium and Standard Location? Premium Location will allow vendors to be in the center of it all. Standard Location will be located throughout the park. Please note spots are first come first served according to the time you pay for your space. Am I responsible for Sale Taxes? Each vendor is responsible to pay their own state sales taxes. Please contact the Ohio Department of Revenue for taxation requirements. Where do I park? FREE Parking is located around the park and surrounding areas in Tremont. There is no parking on the grass permitted or electricity available for this event. The City of Cleveland parks are Smoke-free areas by City ordinance. Should you need to smoke, please exit the park.
