Just for the Health of It: a Health Fair and Wellness Festival! is held annually in honor of Caribbean American Heritage Month. Just For The Health Of It! Wellness Festival! is held annually in honor of Caribbean American Heritage Month. The will be held on Saturday, June 26th 2021 at the African American Cultural Center 135 South Pearl Street Albany 12 to 5 p.m. We are bringing resources straight to our community that address the seven dimensions of wellness: financial, intellectual, spiritual, physical, emotional, environmental, and occupational wellness. The festival will include, delicious food Caribbean foods and drink fitness demonstrations, and vendors from all around the region providing resources and information that our community needs!
