Description

We provide a safe space for movement, breath and council themed around integration principles. Yoga for Integration is curated to serve the growing number of individuals exploring themselves and consciousness through transformational journey work. Integration is one of the most important aspects of transformational journey work and journey work is anything that expands the human consciousness into a new understanding of who, what, and why they are. Occurring on the other side of a peak experience, integration supports individuals as they return to their day-to-day routines. It is a means to making sure insights are not lost, nor the emotional process suppressed. Circle size is limited to 13 participants per class. To reserve your spot, please register for our donation-based gathering. :::: Suggested donation is $20-35. Event Flow:6:15-6:30 pm: Arrive, Sip Tea and Settle 6:30-7:45ish: All-Levels Slow Yoga Flow 7:45- 9:00: Integration Circle In addition to psychedelic travelers, Yoga for Integration holds space for integration spurred by any transformative life event including but not limited to: ceremonial breathwork, vipassana meditation, traumatic experiences, and retreats. Covid Protocol in Place:Class size is limited to 13 participants/ class with mats spread mindfully apart. Guests will be screened upon arrival to ensure the safety of the circle. Masks must be worn while moving about the space. Participants can practice and engage in the integration circle from their mat without a mask. If you or someone in your household is experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, please refrain from coming to class. Your registration will not be lost and can be applied to a future date. Circle Guidelines:1. To hold the sacredness of the circle, what is shared must be held in confidentiality by all who make up our hoop. You are entrusted with the names & personal experiences of the group. 2. Speak from the heart & speak from your experience only. Be spontaneous and refrain from rehearsing your share. Sharing is not a requirement and is inclusive of events outside of psychedelic experiences. 3. We are here to hold space and respectfully listen to our peers and their process. Cultivate presence for each person by actively listening to those around you. 4. Offer reflections only if the person who shared verbally agrees to accept your reflections. Do not give advice. 5. Leave room for integration between shares. In the silence is where we hear the direct perception of our hearts. 6. No cross-talk in the circle. When appropriate, a time limit will be set for each share. 7. If you’ve shown up for circle, please hold it until the end. If you need to leave early, we will assume a necessary departure. 8. This is not a space to offer medicine work or sell related services. If an organic conversation happens outside of the circle, parties involved are welcome to explore on their own accord. 9.No photography, filming or recording of any kind without the consent of the group. See something that’s missing? Please let us know what we can add to make your process feel more protected. "I created this offering because I believe in psychedelic therapy as a breakthrough modality for healing and saw a need for integration support in my community. I believe life, in general, is one big process and we as a collective are in need of more safe spaces to articulate our thoughts and be witnessed in our process. I further believe in the healing power of the hoop — that is that what is brought to the circle for group processing can supplement the traditional western 1:1 setting to produce a ⁣more profound and often times more productive opportunity for healing." If you are unable to make a donation at this time, please email me @[email protected] for enrollment.
