This First Time Home Buyers Class will teach you about how to prepare to purchase your home, accompanied by a delicious beer! Whether you're preparing for the future, or you feel like you're ready now, all are welcome to our First Time Home Buyers Class! My name is Carley Carter, I'm a real estate agent and Realtor with Porchlight Group, my co-host, Dakotah Kutz, is a mortgage lender who can answer all of your financing questions as well. Woods Boss Brewing has AMAZING beers, and your first drink is on us! We'll go through information about the market, winning an offer, different types of loans, Colorado first time home buyer grants, and more. If you RSVP, please make sure you're able to make it.
