WIN ONE YEAR OF FREE BELLEVUE COLLEGE PARENT EDUCATION PRESCHOOL! MUST BUY RAFFLE TICKETS IN PERSON ONLY - Need NOT be present to win! Come on down to our in-person event to buy your tickets, drawing to be held September 15th, 2021. This fundraising raffle is sponsored by the Parents Advisory Committee (PAC) with proceeds to benefit the PAC Scholarship Fund. Official Rules and Information • GRAND PRIZE: One year TUITION CREDIT of school & admission fees to a Bellevue College Parent Education Infant, Toddler or Preschool Class of your choice for use during the 2021-2022 school year. TOTAL RETAIL VALUE OF GRAND PRIZE: total tuition and fees range from $995.00 to $2500.00 depending on location and course chosen. Prize has no cash value. The raffle is open to anyone over the age of 18 regardless of any affiliation with Bellevue College Parent Education or Parents Advisory Committee (PAC). Only one winner will be selected. • Parents Advisory Committee (PAC) will have raffle tickets available for sale for $10 each. A maximum of 500 tickets will be sold for this public raffle. Cash, checks or credit cards can be accepted as payment for tickets. Raffle tickets may not be sold by mail or over the internet per WA state laws. You must purchase a ticket at an in-person event location. ALL SALES are FINAL. Refunds are not available for raffle ticket purchases. Each raffle ticket must be filled out completely and detached from its numbered ticket stub. Ticket purchaser may keep the numbered ticket for winner verification. ALL TICKET STUBS MUST BE RETURNED TO QUALIFY FOR ENTRY IN THE RAFFLE. No duplicate ticket stubs will be accepted. Please print name and contact information clearly and legibly. Incomplete and illegible entries may be disqualified. • The final date for ticket sales will be September 15, 2021. Ticket sales will end at 2pm on that date. Raffle drawing will be held on September 15, 2021 at 3pm at the Bellevue-Overlake Co-op Preschool (15220 Main Street, Bellevue WA). Winner need not be present to win. • In the event that the winning ticket holder has already completed all or partial payment of their tuition obligation for the 2021-22 school year, the winning ticket holder may apply for a refund of the previous balance they paid toward tuition and fees. The winning ticket holder may opt to transfer the prize to an eligible family enrolled in a Bellevue College Parent Education Preschool class. No refund or compensation will be provided if the winning ticket holder does not enroll a student in the Bellevue College Parent Education Preschool program for the 2021-2022 school year or if a student completes only part of the school year. Any tax obligations related to the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited by law. • All proceeds of the raffle benefit the Parents Advisory Committee (PAC) Scholarship Fund.
