Barre - Urban Lodge - BEER! Join Mindy Neron Perry once again at Urban Lodge Brewing Company for some barre at the brewery! You can count on the same sweaty, leg & glute-burning, core-engaging workout as always! We’ve moved the classic one hour low-impact class into the large back room to keep in accordance with CT social distancing regulations. Please make sure to have your mask on hand! Masks are required during class, but MUST worn until seated at a table post-class. ALL Urban Lodge’s rules and regulations regarding seating and mask must be respect before and after class. It will be weird - but that just makes it more FUN!! Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel. And maybe a change of clothes!
