Lawn mowing- i need regular lawn maintenance in rockaway township. property is located on meriden road. property is about 1.5 acres of mowable grass. with a small enclosed pool area. email me back if you need to see the property. or if you can give me a fixed price and do the 1st mowing at that price and see if it works for both of us, you can give me the price and i will let you do it at that price. grass is little high now cause my usual guys moved. Roof fix- I had a problem with a tree branch falling on the electric wires. it pulled the electric service mast/pole foward a bit and the roof flashing boot came up a bit. looking to have that fixed without pulling off mast. either with putting in a retro fit boot or just pushing back down existing boot and tarring it. trying to stop roof leak.... attached are pics. this is not a big job. i have seen it fixed on youtube videos in 15 minutes. not looking to replace any plywood. so dont send me big prices.... 15 minute JOB.
