Full time handyman needed. Must have some experience with painting, light electrical, roofing, sheetrock and general repairs. Candidate must be hands on and able to work with minimal supervision with the day to day repairs at various buildings. Requirements: -Good electrical/mechanical skills -Basic to intermediate knowledge of roofing - Valid driver's license mandatory -Excellent communication skills and time management -Ability to lift up to 80lbs Position needs to be filled immediately.
