Established landscape lighting company is now accepting resumes. We are looking for ideal part time and full time technicians and helpers. Employee position pay ranges from $15-$25 per hour. Key pay rate factors include: experience, schedule, flexibility, and skill level. Periodic raises will be granted to those who prove themselves an asset to the company. Part time positions may become full time opportunities in the future if the fit is right. Future growth within the company is possible for the right candidate. We are looking people with the following attributes: • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed (20-30 hours per week, M-F, 7am - 7pm) • Team player with a positive can do / will do attitude. • Ability to learn, understand, and properly execute landscape lighting installation techniques. • Ability to communicate effectively in English. • Valid driver’s license. • Dependable transportation. Prior landscape lighting installation experience is appreciated but not required. Ideal candidates lacking previous experience will be taught proper installation and troubleshooting techniques on the job. This position requires hard physical labor in various weather conditions. Conditions include extreme heat, light rain, and cold climates. Typical responsibilities include digging trenches, burying wire, and wiring low-voltage lighting fixtures which requires long periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. This position will have direct supervision 100% of the time. All employees will be hired through our payroll company. Background checks and drug testing will be conducted. Taxes, social security, FICA, etc will be deducted from each paycheck. Subcontractor positions are also available to those interested and pay $25-$45 per hour. Requirements include: establish company, workers comp insurance or exemption, liability insurance, and all required business licenses. These positions will be subjected to 1099 reporting.
