Sheep's Milk - A Cheesemakers Dream! Cheesemaking using Sheep's milk is a cheesemakers dream! In this class we will be making MANCHEGO but will discuss other traditional sheep's milk cheeses such as Feta and Pecorino. We will also talk about using sheep's milk for cheeses that aren't traditionally made with sheep's milk. And, things such as sheep's milk yogurt and ice cream! Whether or not you have made cheese before this is going to be a great class! Max class size = 12. In person classes are going to fill up fast so secure your spot by signing up now. Sheep's milk will be available for purchase at class - please pre-order by sending me a message to [email protected]. It is $10 a half gallon. Additionally, take home kits with ingredients (minus the milk) will be available to make 2 1 gallon batches of Manchego for $10.
