Responsibilities include managing overall maintenance and operations for 4 commercial properties; possess knowledge of maintenance repairs, air conditioning, painting, electrical, plumbing and general carpentry; oversee activities of various contractors and consultants for the fulfillment of facility maintenance and tenant improvement build outs; personnel development and supervision, record keeping, and project administration.
