We're immediately looking for a Building Maintenance Worker to perform general repairs at a property in Aiea. You will be the go-to person for everything from changing light bulbs to installing locks and handling minor landscaping. Hours Full-time, 7:00am-3:30pm Location Aiea, Oahu Pay $18 an hour Responsibilities Change light bulbs. Reset circuit breakers. Handle wall repairs and painting. Repair window screens. Maintain appliances. Install locks. Handle light plumbing. Perform minor landscape duties and general upkeep of the property. Qualifications Building maintenance and/or carpentry experience. Valid driver's license to travel to other properties as needed. Self-motivated go-getter who can get things done with minimal supervision. Ability to follow directions. Interested?
