Talk with Social Services Reps of Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince Wm, HumanKind, & others about how you can help a child in foster care There are now more than 5000 children in foster care in VA. Many of them need a loving, nurturing family--foster parents--to care for them until they can return home, others need foster parents to get ready to be placed with other relatives, some need to be adopted. Foster parents can also offer respite or be mentors. Join VA One Church, One Child and others in Old Town Alexandria and learn how you can make a difference in the lives of children.
