Property Management company seeking experienced CLEANER / PAINTER for luxury apartment building. This is a pert time position on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8am-4:30pm Requirements: -Previous maintenance experience working in a residential building is preferred. -Must speak fluent English, have good communication skills and be punctual. -Skills should include, but not limited to: small repairs, buffing, waxing, cleaning, garbage compactor handling, wall repair, painting, window cleaning and other duties as assigned. - Ideal applicant works well independently and reliable to be left alone with a task list. Pay Rate: 17.00 per hour
