Bass looking to start a band or join a band that’s in its early stages Influences:The Fall, The Ex, The Minutemen, Saccharine Trust, Simply Saucer, Swell Maps, Wooden Shjips, the Grifters, Polvo, Syd era up to Live at Pompei Pink Floyd, PIL, Hawkwind, Target Video stuff eg Flipper, Chrome and Crime, Thee Oh Sees, The Cows and most anything Kraut I’m an older gen x’er and just got back into music again after a ten year hiatus from bands and gigging. I walk dogs for a living and have a quietly non conformist, anti corporate (esp re music) mindset etc. And I’m definitely anti MAGA, anti racist, inclusive re gender, sexual orientation too. I’m open to all ages but realistically potential band mates should probably be at least 35 or so Looking to write songs, record, gig mostly local, and have fun playing loud music. I have a space in East Williamsburg with slots available to play on Saturdays and Mondays
