Our next LEX 530 Wine Dinner will be on Friday, June 11, 2021, in Elkhart. Our next LEX 530 Wine Dinner will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021, at the LEX 530 Event Center in Elkhart, IN. This Italian themed Wine Dinner will feature premium wines selected by LEX 530 Wine Director, Stan Minden, to pair with Executive Chef Chad Coryn’s delectable four-course dinner. There will be live music by Julia James. The event begins at 6:00 pm with dinner starting at 6:30 pm. Each course is listed below. The wines have not yet been finalized. Reception: Passed hors d'oeuvres. Paired with an assortment of different wine options. First Course: Heirloom tomato caprese, Burrata, pesto, aged balsamic Second Course: Branzino al cartoccio, Zucchini, olives, fregola Third Course: Beef cheek ragu, Creamy polenta, parmigiano-Reggiano Fourth Course: Vanilla bean-mascarpone panna cotta, Fresh berries, honeycomb We look forward to seeing everyone at this delightful Italian themed Wine Dinner. There is limited seating for this event and we expect it to fill up fast. We are located at 530 E. Lexington Avenue in Elkhart. Guests must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid ID. Tickets are $100.00 (tax not included). You must purchase your ticket by noon on Friday, June 4th.
