It signifies the birth of an enlightened being, prince Siddhartha, who later left his extravagant life in searching for the truths, attained enlightenment, and eventually established Buddhism that million people around the world have been following for more than 2,500 years. As a result, we will hold his special birthday celebration at our Buddhist center. Please come and participate in this special celebration to learn more about the Buddha's life, especially his teachings of wisdom and compassion. We will have children performance and vegetarian meals afterward.
