$100 Signing Bonus Starting pay @ $14/hour. Raise to $15/hour after 30 days Ability to earn up to $18/hour after 1 year of employment Job Duties Include: +Identifying and sorting scrap plastic for baling and grinding + Operating hydraulic baler, shredder, and granulators +Keeping a log of all daily duties and goals +Operating sit down forklift periodically throughout the day +Keeping areas clean and organized +Following instructions and meet goals provided by the Warehouse Manager Requirements: Forklift experience Reliable transportation (must be at work on time, every day). Ability to lift 40+ lbs throughout the day. This position could require some heavy lifting. Willingness to work in hot/noisy conditions. Commitment to safety. Some mechanical aptitude Team-oriented attitude (willingness to be assigned varying tasks, eager to help teammates, etc.) Individuals with careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills will excel in this position. Manufacturing/Production experience preferred but not necessary. Job Types: Full-time or Part-time (consideration)
