We are a rental management company that specialize in short-term rentals. Due to our expansion, we are looking for one person (PLEASE NO CLEANING COMPANIES) who has proven cleaning skills to maintain units in the Smyrna area. We are looking someone who can be available from 10AM to 3PM. This exceptional individual must enjoy working largely unsupervised, who is trustworthy and reliable, and is ready for a new challenge. JOB TASKS INCLUDES: * Replacing bedding/making up the beds * Cleaning bathrooms * Restocking soaps, toilet paper, and napkins/paper towels * Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping, and pulling trash * Monthly deep cleaning of each properties * Monthly Inventory on supplies QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have previous experience with references * Most be available 10am to 3pm * Must have excellent organizational skills * Must have a reliable car. * Must be punctual (ON TIME EVERYDAY) What we pay: $16/HR (24 to 28 hours weekly) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ANSWER THE QUESTIONS AND SEND YOUR RESUME 1.
