We are looking for a mature, long-term, self-motivated, trustworthy, dependable and energetic individual to receive, enter, pull, stock, and ship packages. This is an entry level position. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform Shipping and Receiving functions, including: - Data Entry - Receiving inventory - Shelving inventory - Pulling inventory - Ensure safety, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse environment - Follow rules and regulations - Communicate consistently with management - Perform other duties as directed by management REQUIREMENTS: - Positive attitude and agreeable personality with the ability to get along with co-workers. - May require lifting loads up to 30-50 lbs - Clean driver’s license - Reliable Transportation - High School Diploma (or equivalent) - High attention to detail - Able to work with computers - Must be able to pass a TSA Background check - Must have a "can do, roll your sleeves up, and get it done" attitude - Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask constantly shifting priorities - Excellent communication skills - MUST READ, SPEAK, AND WRITE IN SPANISH WORK ENVIRONMENT (Physical Requirements): Long periods of being on your feet, standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting (up to 50 lbs.), significant use of fingers, hands, wrists and arms will be essential requirements to properly perform this job. Tolerance to heat and humidity.
