We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Tech. Candidate will be responsible to work with Maintenance Supervisor on (4) small apartment communities all within 3 miles of each other. Duties include cleaning out items left in vacant apartments, painting, daily grounds upkeep, work orders and other tasks as needed. Work is hands on and mostly independent in nature.
