Description

Join us and Erika Lynch of Babette's Table to learn all about what makes her products so special! We are now offering Micro Learning Events! Our new Micro Classes are meant to be fun, informative bursts of information for more casual learning, with plenty of time for Q&A. At Babette's Table , Erika Lynch crafts traditional styles of salami and cured meats using high quality ingredients like local pork from family farms. In this short class (30-45 minutes), Erika will explain what makes her process and approach so unique. Then we'll taste a selection of her delicious creations! We are raising funds for Common Good Co-op to support their work creating environments of health for lower-resourced women of color in the working-class families of New England. Kafi Dixon, the co-op's founder, was recently featured in the new documentary film A Reckoning In Boston . This event will take place on Tuesday, May 18th at 6:00 pm EST. In order to participate, please follow these three steps: 1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! The flat rate of $10 guarantees that you will receive a Zoom link within 24 hours of the class. This ticket is your admission to the classroom. 2. Select your bundles! The bundle for this class includes a salami, slices of coppa, and a small jar of mustard. 3. Pick up your bundles the day of the class! Bundles can be picked up at our Huron Avenue location after 12 noon on day of the class (5/18). IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not local and need your bundle shipped, you will need to email us at [email protected] by Thursday, May 13th to have this arranged.
