My father and I have an excavation company. We have some employees but need more and we are turning down jobs because of it. We do residential homes for builders and some home owners. We dig the crawlers/install water-sewer and conduits/ backfill and sub grade and prep for flat works as concrete. We have 2 backhoes 2 skid steers and a mini excavator but I don’t have enough help to make crews. You would like to be part as the team call or text anytime let’s talk. You need transportation and a driver’s license that is current plus work boots also good attitude to work with us. There is room to move up no doubt about it but be real if you say you going to work and show up. Thanks Jason
