Vegan and Gluten Free Options will be noted below: OPTION ONE (Vegan & GF) - Sri Lankan Style Urad Dhal Lentil Dosai (created by Bhante Sujatha using his secret recipe! Made with curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, uraddhal lentils, fenugreek seeds, onion, coconut oil and rice flour) - Deviled Potatoes with Leeks and Carrots - Dhal Curry - Yellow Coconut Sambol OPTION TWO (Vegan & GF) - Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice - Eggplant Curry - Fried Bitter Melon Salad - Black Eyed Pea Curry - Deviled Potatoes SOLD SEPARATELY: *Curries Sold with a Side of Mixed Vegetable Rice* 1. Carrot Cury with Peas (V & GF) 2. Dhal Curry (V & GF) 3. Mild Jackfruit Curry (V & GF) 4. Chickpea Curry (V & GF) 5. Tofu Curry with Mushrooms (V) 6.
