The Survivor Series will be open to teams of 2 Competitors this year with divisions of :
Rx Male
Rx Female
Rx Coed
Scaled Male
Scaled Female
Scaled Coed
Workout #1
Deadlift Ladder:
Complete 5 reps then proceed to next barbell. Repeat until you cannot complete 5 reps in the allotted time. Your score will be your max and your partner's max added together.
Workout #2: MURPH

Run 1 Mile (together)
100 Pullups (total)
200 Pushups
300 Air squats
Run 1 Mile (together)
Scaled Teams:
Run/walk 1 Mile (together)
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats

"The Last 20 Yards"
4 rounds of:
50 Double-Unders (each)
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50/35 lb) (each)
