Troop 766 Gardening MB We will be offering the Gardening Merit Badge (MB) at the Urban Farms (437 G Ave NW) on May 26th from 5:00-8:00 pm. Amanda Speidel ([email protected] ) will be the Merit Badge Counselor. Please reach out to her if you have any questions. Details: 1) Wear a Class B t-shirt/sweatshirt! 2) Limited to 12 Scouts. 3) Cost is $5 4) Bring a chair, water bottle, and a pencil. 5) Prerequisite #6 - Explain to your counselor how and why honeybees are used in pollinating food crops and the problems that face the bee population today. Discuss what the impact to humanity would be if there were no pollinators.
