Important attributes:
- valid driver's license, clean criminal record
- own tools
- works well with others
- can follow detailed plans to complete project
- network of other skilled trades to bring in to larger projects if needed
- flexibility and reliability to respond quickly to maintenance issues
- understanding of City of Portland building codes
- energy to work a full 8 hour day during larger projects
