Outdoor Self Defense Class on Saturday, Jun 19, 2021, at 10 AM. Practical Self Defense Class Series consisting of 2-Hour class on Saturday, June 19, 2021.  8-12 feet Social Distance enforced.Limited Contact & Masks to be worn.Masks optional for Fully Vaccinated Family/Friend Pods.All Instructors & assistants are Fully Vaccinated.We will be teaching (3-AAA's) Awareness, Assessment & Action.  We will cover scenarios as well as practical self defense for you and your family. Defend against grabs, strikes, hair grab, date/rape, attacks from behind.  We will go into Ground Assault and sexual assault scenarios and teach you how to defend yourself from an attacker that is on top of you. Class taught by: Aikido of Charlotte Senior Instructor, Sensei Jonathan Weiner, 5th Degree Black Belt 15 minute Q & A at the end.  Sorry, tickets are non-refundable.
