How would you like to help older adults stay in their homes? Our amazing CAREGivers work mostly Part-Time. They give us their desired hours (days/times) and we match them with a client. It is very meaningful and fulfilling work. It does not require any type of certification because we offer PAID TRAINING in our Training Center in Attleboro, MA. We provide the following services to seniors: Personal Care, Light Housekeeping, Medication Reminders, Meal Preparation, Safety and Oversight, Dementia Care, Transportation and Errands. Each of our client’s are a little different. Some require more services than others to remain independent. What do we offer? 1. Purpose in YOUR WORK EVERY SINGLE DAY! 2. A Flexible Schedule that you pick. 3. The ability to take time off with (2) week notice. 4. Starting pay at $13.50-$15.00 (Depending on experience) with weekend differentials. 5. A Wonderful On-Site Training Center complete with Medical Equipment. We do live training because we think this is how people learn best. 6. Paid Sick Time and Paid Family Medical Leave, for those who qualify. 7. Ongoing Paid Training. 8. Outstanding support in the Office and while working with Clients. We have (2) dedicated Client Care Coordinators. 9. 401k Plan with a 4% Match (after one year of employment).
