Established small electrical contracting business since 1981, in need of employees with basic knowledge and some experience in this trade. This is a full time position with the possibility of overtime. Our company primarily specializes in Sewer Lift Station new construction and rehabilitation. Also we perform Wellfield installations and modifications, WWTP and WTP modifications, and Concrete and Asphalt plant modifications, etc. Transportation from workshop to job-site location is provided. Tools are provided and assigned. Employee is financially responsible for replacement of lost tools.. Work hours are typically M-F 7:30-5, may start earlier or stay later if necessary. Rarely work Saturdays. No Sunday's or major holidays. 30 min paid lunch break. Physical labor is required for this job position. Job requirements: Must be energetic, self motivated Able to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner Must be able to work outdoors in the heat, cold, or rain Need to be able to dig with a shovel Lift and pull heavy wire Must be able to run conduit efficiently Must be able to take measurements Neat and clean work habits Ability to work alone or with others Capable of driving large work trucks and pulling trailers Mandatory drug screening and background check Good Hygiene Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to shop in Ft. Myers Request time off 2 weeks in advance Job pays $12-18/ per hour. Based on experience. Job Type: Full-time
