Hi. Dana Granfield put pitched roofs on my pet friendly rentals on Ocean dr. In Mckinleyville. They need exterior paint and one or two need pulldown ladders and vent work. He forgot the vents and without them I cant get a final from the building dept. So I need that done too, someday.
