LAKELAND, FL — A 16-year-old Lakeland girl was reported missing Tuesday morning, the Florida Highway Patrol said. Emma Lynn Carter left a Lakeland home in the early morning hours May 11, according to investigators. Police could not provide a clothing description or vehicle description.
