Pay Rate will be discussed in interview ServiceMaster Clean in Omaha, NE is hiring for a Full-Time Janitorial Operations Manager in the evenings. Hours are from 4:00pm-Midnight (could be longer if needed, these hours might change) This position is as follows : 1) Manage up 80 employee's during the time the janitorial cleaning is being done at over 90 buildings- between the hours of 4:00pm-midnight. 2) Train new janitorial staff that are assigned to a building. 3) Helping the night manager and supervisor when issues come up, wether an employee is calling out, has questions regarding an issue they have or can't get access into the building and needs help on what to do. 4) Taking the load off of employee calls that go to the Operations Manager after business hours. HR Manager will discuss more about this job during the interview. There will be somedays we will need you to stay longer if emergencies happen during non-business hours. You must be willing to work overtime - this is mandatory! Some days there will not be overtime - this could change in the middle of your shift during the evening hours! You must be willing to be on call EVERY OTHER weekend and be open to anytime to help clean buildings if needed. Being bilingual would be great, but not a necessity.
