$13/Hr ServiceMaster Clean in Omaha, NE is hiring for a Full-Time Janitorial Fill-In Crew Person Pay Rate is $13/HR-- 40/hrs or more a week. This position is to help clean buildings that we are needing to either clean while the assigned employee is needing that day(s) off, or waiting to hire an employee to fill that position. You will be working with a lead crew person at all times. Somedays, you will either be doing janitorial cleaning, post construction cleaning or helping with cleaning carpets, scrubbing or waxing hard surfaces floors OR Both. You must be willing to work overtime - this is mandatory! Some days there will not be overtime - this could change in the middle of your shift during the evening hours! You must be willing to work EVERY OTHER weekend and open to anytime of the weekend to clean. You must be willing to work Holidays if an employee can't work that day, or we don't have an employee for that particular building. You will be paid time and a half for working on holidays that ServiceMaster observes. You will be in a company vehicle - so you don't need to drive your own vehicle. Shift starts promptly at 4:30pm - Monday thru Friday - shift usually ends at 12:30 - but it could be longer. Being bilingual would be great, but not a necessity.
