Awaken your senses with the essence of flowers and their long-term positive effects on moods. The flowers and plants around us can ’teach’ us on a vibrational level how to cope with life in a peaceful, loving, and happy manner with a greater awareness of self. This allows us to find our way back to a balanced emotional state of inner peace and happiness. Take part in an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) circle to help you tap back into the truth of who you are and reconnect you to your personal power and self-love. Learn how to use this process to support you in uncovering and releasing limiting beliefs, energy blocks, and/or repressed emotions that are keeping you stuck in self-judgment so that you can experience a deeper sense of inner peace, acceptance, and confidence to radiate your light to the world. Experience the cleansing power of Reiki, Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, and sound healing. Take a journey of release in the Labyrinth and support your body, promote vitality, and correct energy imbalance with acupuncture & acupressure.
