LOST DOG - Jet is a 1 year old male Corgi, neutered, and microchipped. He is friendly but kind of skittish at times. He has a thin white stripe down the edge of one ear and he was wearing a green collar with his name engraved on it at the time of his escape. He ran out our front door when the wind blew it open in the County Line subdivision of Elgin (literally the county line between Bastrop and Travis counties) the evening of May 8th (between 6 and 6:30 pm). We chased him and called for him but he evaded us. We have searched for countless hours, went door to door in the neighborhood, and even roamed the greenbelt "woods" behind our neighborhood to no avail. We will be posting flyers tomorrow (Monday), calling our local (and only) vet to report him missing, and we have already posted in several lost and found pet groups on FB and Nextdoor, put out dirty clothes on our porch, and will be walking his BFF to see if she can sniff him out..
