The 4th-annual Gladstone Classic Car Concours and Historical Vehicle Exhibition at the Atkins-Johnson Farm and Museum The 4th-annual Gladstone Classic Car Concours and Historical Vehicle Exhibition will again take place at the Atkins-Johnson Farm and Museum from 10 am to 1:30 pm on Sunday June 20th. The goal of the event, as established from the start, is to help young people develop a better sense of the span of history. The collection of pre-selected vehicles arrive the morning of the show and are arranged in chronological order. A pre-prepared booklet places the vehicles in decade-by-decade historical context beside the cultural history of the times when each was manufactured. Young people can participate in youth judging, which allows them to get up close to the vehicles, ask owners questions, and vote for their favorites. The $5 admission for show-goers (available on EventBrite or at the event) includes the 2021 booklet. There is no extra cost for participation with the youth judging. This year the entrance fee is waived for pre-WWII-era vehicles. All others, we ask for a $25 donation to the Friends of the AJ Farm.
