From the City of Meriden: May 12, 2021 The Meriden Department of Health and Human Services, in partnership with Meriden Public Schools, will be offering a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Saturday, May 22, from 9:00am to 3:00pm at Maloney High School, 121 Gravel Street. The Pfizer vaccine will be offered; any person age 12 and over is welcome to make an appointment. Those ages 12 to 17 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No ID or insurance is needed. The second dose clinic will be held on Saturday, June 12. The link for student registration is https://tinyurl.com/259eh3wc. Or, persons can call the Meriden Health and Human Services Department at 203-630-4221 by May 20. Persons can save time by downloading, printing, and completing the registration form and health questionnaire at https://www.meridenct.gov/covid-19-information.
