Peterson Pest Management is looking to hire a full time person to run our Surprise area route. We are a family owned business and have been servicing the greater Phoenix area for the past 9 years. If you are looking for a new start in the Pest industry with a Company that pays well and treats you with respect, we are the company for you! We are looking for a person to join our team who is great with people, organized, trustworthy and has a positive attitude. Our preference is someone who has the pest license already but does not enjoy working for the company where they currently work. We can train a person and get them licensed if you are that impressive. Our new person is paid 8 hours a day but is usually done between 12:30 and 2:30. The route starts at 7:00 AM. You almost always finish early but are still paid for 8 hours. You would take home our truck and equipment every night. No weekends unless you are rained out or sick and have to make it up. You must have a clean driving record and be able to pass random drug test. We are looking for a long term relationship with said technician. You are also paid a commission for new clients as we love growing. You would be paid weekly.
